RETURN POLICY

If the below criteria applies to your Lavish order then a return/exchange can be made within 14 days:

HAIR EXTENSIONS

All extensions must be in original packaging. Any hair that has been worn, used, or damaged WILL NOT qualify for a return or exchange.

HAIR EXTENSION TOOLS

All extensions tools must be in original packaging. Any tools that have been damaged, used, or sent back with missing items WILL NOT qualify for a return or exchange.

  2. Fill out the form with all correct information and list order number and reason for returning in the comment section

  3. Lavish extension collection is not responsible for shipping regarding returns or exchanges.

  4. For all returns there is a 15% restocking fee that will be charged to your account

*Returns - your Lavish Extension Collection account will be credited.

*Exchanges - We will ship out the replacement product to the address listed on your account.
